  • Contribute to the evolution of Paperless Parts' integration capabilities, including APIs, SDKs, AI-powered tooling, implementation methodologies, and reusable integration frameworks that improve scalability and delivery efficiency.
  • Support the growth of the Services Engineering organization through knowledge sharing, mentoring, recruiting, and participation in Paperless Parts' DEI and social impact initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proven experience leading the technical delivery of customer-facing software integration projects, with a demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Python, SQL, REST APIs, web services, and modern integration architectures, including experience integrating SaaS applications with ERP, CRM, manufacturing, or other business-critical systems.
  • Ability to independently lead technical discovery, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while effectively communicating with technical teams, business users, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including experience supporting production integrations and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and customer engagements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
