Senior Principal Product Manager, Coach Journey

Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Principal Product Manager to lead Coach Copilot, the AI powered workspace our health coaches use every day to manage their member panel and deliver personalized, high quality care at scale. Coach Copilot summarizes each member's behavior and adherence to the Twin program, powers end to end telehealth visit management, and surfaces the right members at the right time for coach intervention.

In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Coach Copilot experience, with a relentless focus on two outcomes: improving the quality of every coaching interaction to drive better health for our members, and dramatically increasing the efficiency of our care team. This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic, user centered product leader who is passionate about transforming healthcare through applied AI.

You'll work closely with design, engineering, data science, AI/ML, coaches, and clinical leadership to identify high impact opportunities, prioritize solutions that address real world clinical needs, and drive alignment across cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Coach Copilot, enabling health coaches to deliver high quality, personalized care at scale.
• Deliver AI powered workflows, interventions, smart drafts, and summaries that improve coaching quality, increase program adherence, and drive better health outcomes while eliminating manual, low value work.
• Develop a deep understanding of clinical workflows by partnering closely with coaches, clinical leaders, and cross functional stakeholders to identify high impact opportunities.
• Translate complex clinical and operational problems into intuitive product experiences and detailed product requirements, challenging assumptions and influencing stakeholders when needed.
• Balance immediate operational fires with long-term architectural bets that allow Twin to scale to hundreds of thousands of members without adding linear headcount.
• Define and track weekly success metrics, measure product impact, and continuously iterate based on user feedback and clinical outcomes.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and AI/ML teams to create seamless experiences that fit naturally into clinicians' daily workflows.
• Drive alignment across executive leadership and cross functional teams to ensure Coach Copilot advances the company's AI, clinical, and business strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of product management experience. Experience in healthcare technology, clinical platforms, or AI powered products is a plus but not required.
• Strategic Product Experience: you have a proven track record of owning a product area from "Vision to Value” with measurable business impact and experience building complex AI powered experiences, ideally leveraging LLMs. You proactively identify opportunities and shape product direction rather than simply executing stakeholder requests.
• Operational Product Thinker: You excel at untangling complex problems, defining clear product strategy, and translating ambiguity into actionable product requirements. You challenge assumptions and push back when needed to ensure the team is solving the highest impact problems.
• Data-Driven Mindset: You don't just measure output; you use data to prioritize investments; you define success metrics and continuously iterate until you hit them.
• Execution Excellence: You demonstrated your ability to lead agile teams and manage the product development lifecycle end to end.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $205,000 - $250,000 annually.
