About You and The Role
The Zipline Operations team is looking for a Fulfillment Supervisor to support our fulfillment operations in the greater Austin area and the ideal candidate for this role is a motivated and experienced individual that excels in fast-paced, physical environments, and is excited to roll up their sleeves. In this role, own the day-to-day fulfillment operations of 3-5 Charging sites, ensuring the site processes run smoothly, efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for ensuring your locations meet performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve our operating processes.
This is an onsite role and candidates must reside in the greater Austin area and be willing to travel around the metroplex as needed.
What You'll Do
- Lead a high-performing team of Fulfillment Operators across multiple sites. Set your team up for success to work safely and productively. You’ll partner with Flight and Customer Operations to effectively support daily tasks and ensure high performance of your team.
- You will own the day-to-day operations of one of our fulfillment operations, ensuring the site processes run smoothly, efficiently and safely.
- You’ll own scheduling and manage a labor budget. You will be responsible for ensuring your site meets performance metric goals.
- Ensure your teams are providing our customers with the best possible experience on each and every order. You will be responsible for maintaining key quality metrics including order accuracy and fulfillment speed.
- Use data to identify pain-points or areas of inefficiency within our current processes. Design, build and execute process improvement projects to improve our fulfillment operations, quality metrics, and the employee experience.
What You'll Bring
- You're self-motivated, positive, and a team player
- You have 2+ years’ experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Retail Management, Fulfillment, or related field
- Willingness to operate in a fast-changing environment and make adjustments when
- You're able to be on your feet and handle warehouse duties including lifting up to 5 pounds (with or without accommodations)
- Must successfully pass a background check, drug test and E-Verification

The starting cash range for this role is $. Please note that this is a target, starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, working location, and projected impact. The total compensation package for this role may also include: equity compensation; discretionary annual or performance bonuses; sales incentives; benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance; paid time off; and more.
