About Get Verify

Get Verify is an early-stage B2B SaaS platform built for multifamily real estate owners and operators. Our AI agents pull financial and operational context directly from property management systems (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, AppFolio) and from property managers themselves, surfacing variance explanations and cross-property insights that would otherwise take hours to piece together manually. We're a small, fast-moving team and everyone wears multiple hats.

The Role

We're looking for a Product Associate to join our team as an early, versatile hire. This isn't a narrowly scoped role. As a startup, we need someone who can move fluidly across the full product lifecycle: writing specs, testing releases, digging into bugs, talking to customers, and helping ship features that actually solve problems for property operators.

You'll work closely with engineering, GTM, and leadership, and you'll have real ownership over parts of the product early on. We're especially excited about candidates who use AI tools not just as a productivity boost but as a way to fundamentally change how fast and how well they work.

What You'll Do

• Write clear, well-scoped PRDs that engineers can build from without a lot of back and forth
• QA new features and releases, and help build out our testing process as we scale
• Search for and triage bugs, working with engineers to prioritize and resolve them
• Support customers directly, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and feeding what you learn back into the product
• Partner with engineering day to day to keep projects moving and unblock decisions quickly
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive parts of your own workflow (QA scripts, bug triage, support responses, documentation) and help the rest of the team do the same
• Jump into whatever the team needs that week. Priorities will shift, and comfort with ambiguity is essential

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Product, Asset Management, Consulting, Investment Banking, or other similar experience, ideally at a startup or fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic above all. We're a small team and we need someone who takes ownership and gets things done
• Strong written communication. You can turn a rough idea into a PRD someone can actually build from
• Comfortable being hands-on with QA and bug hunting, not just writing specs and handing them off
• Genuine interest in and experience using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar) to move faster and automate parts of your workflow
• Customer-facing comfort. You're not afraid to get on a call and help someone through a problem
• Bias toward action and a low ego about doing "unglamorous" work when it's what the team needs
• Bonus: familiarity with proptech, multifamily real estate, or property management systems (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, AppFolio)
• Bonus: experience at an early-stage startup (pre-Series A or around that stage)
