Forward Deployed Engineer

What You’ll Do
Partner directly with users and customers to understand workflows, uncover bottlenecks, and turn real-world problems into software

Working closely with the engineering team to design, build, implement and scale end-to-end full-stack solutions for clients across backend, frontend, and AI layers

Ensure performance, reliability, observability, and security in production deployments

Champion clean code, testing, CI/CD, and documentation

Influence solution architecture decisions and mentor engineers

What You Bring
8+ years of full-stack or product experience.

Forward deployed engineering experience - nice to have

Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot / microservices) and React.js

Experience building production-grade systems in ambiguous, customer-facing environments

Experience with solutions architecture, including: architecture design, systems integration, cloud infrastructure and security.

Experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka (or similar)

Familiarity with LLMs, RAG systems, vector databases, and workflow orchestration

Comfort operating in 0-to-1 and fast-scaling startup environments

Strong communication, product judgment, and cross-functional collaboration skills

High ownership and the ability to move from one-off solutions to reusable platforms
