ApiceFlow is a technology company building AI, web, mobile, and blockchain solutions for clients around the world. We are looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our daily business operations and help our team stay organized and productive.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Manage emails, calendars, and schedules
• Coordinate meetings and appointments
• Conduct online research and collect information
• Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets
• Perform data entry and maintain internal records
• Assist with customer and partner communications
• Organize files and documentation
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Based in United States
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Basic IT knowledge and comfortable using modern software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Able to learn new tools and technologies quickly
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Reliable high-speed internet connection

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲

• Experience with Slack, Notion, ClickUp, Trello, or similar collaboration tools
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
