- Participate in incident response activities, including retrieval support, root cause analysis, and resolution, working across teams as needed.
- Communicate issues clearly and escalate risks promptly through established ticketing and reporting channels to maintain operational reliability.
Continuous Improvement & Team Culture
- Actively contribute to operational improvement by identifying inefficiencies, sharing feedback, and supporting problem resolution and corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement projects that strengthen Zipline’s operations as we scale, including warehouse optimization, quality initiatives, and cross-team efforts to improve efficiency.
- Support a strong team culture by participating in training, knowledge sharing, and peer coaching, and by embodying Zipline’s values in every shift.
What You’ll Bring
- Diploma, HND, vocational certificate, or equivalent training in engineering, electronics, mechanics, nursing, medical laboratory science, pharmacy, veterinary studies, or a related technical, operational, or health field.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs consistently while performing repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using operational systems, handheld devices, or monitoring tools.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and safety-conscious during daily operations and when responding to incidents. What Else You Need To Know

- Must be willing and able to work for a period not less than 40 hours/week.
- This is a full time role based at the distribution center, offered as a one year contract.
