Full Stack Developer

Role & Responsibilities

●Build and deploy migrations, upgrades, and tailored customizations to support unique customer workflows and business goals.

●Own end-to-end full-stack development using Python and Java for backend and React + TypeScript for frontend.

●Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to best practices for performance, scalability, and documentation.

●Develop production-ready features, proactively debug issues, and contribute to a strong engineering review culture.

●Design and optimize data schemas, queries, and workflows using SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

●Collaborate closely with Professional Services, Customer Success, and R&D teams to translate business needs into robust engineering solutions.

●Communicate ideas, updates, and technical concepts clearly to stakeholders across functions.

●Stay current with evolving technologies and continuously suggest improvements to tech stack, architecture, and engineering workflows.

Preferred candidate profile

●Minimum 5 years of professional experience across backend technologies (Python, Java) and frontend development (React with TypeScript), delivering robust and scalable end-to-end features.
●2–3 years of hands-on experience building and deploying full-stack web applications.
●Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
●Strong proficiency in Python and Java (backend) and React (frontend).
●Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases for data modeling and query optimization.
●Ability to write scalable, clean, maintainable, and secure code.
●Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
●Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
