Founding Business Development Representative

The role, in one line

Payhawk has passed $100M ARR and is opening an office in Warsaw. As our founding BDR for Poland, you will be the first to introduce our platform to Polish companies, build pipeline for our Account Executives and lay the foundation for the team that follows you.

What you will own

• Own your outbound prospecting campaigns. You will engage prospective clients through a mix of emails, calls, social selling and events.
• Follow up on marketing-led demand generation campaigns. You will identify prospects, build relationships and generate leads.
• Build a strong sales pipeline for the Polish market, targeting companies with over 200 employees that fit our Ideal Customer Profile.
• Identify new niches and come up with new campaign ideas to keep improving your outreach.
• Analyse your outreach and campaign results, then use those insights to refine future strategies.
• Manage your pipeline of potential clients, keeping coverage consistent so you exceed monthly targets and drive sustainable growth.

What you will need

• Native Polish and fluent English (minimum C1)
