About the job
The problem
Healthcare's revenue systems were not built for the AI era. In an age of abundance, care is bound by slow decisions, fragmented data, and slow payment cycles.
Our Platform
We are redesigning healthcare's industrial infrastructure. We believe that collecting for care as simple as swiping a credit card. Our platform creates a simpler reimbursement layer for provider groups.
Our NYC-based team is lean, founder-led and already supporting great brands in healthcare. Our venture is backed by leading early-stage investors and angels. Before building the Healthcare Infrastructure Company, our founding team built and scaled high-growth venture-backed businesses in tech and digital health.
About the role
We're hiring a high-energy ops whiz to join our team build from the ground up, working directly alongside our CEO, CTO, and team. The right person for this is role is someone who is scrappy, intelligent, detail-oriented and low-ego. For our team, there is no task too big and no task too small.
As part of the early team, you’ll war many hats at once. The main buckets are:
- Scalable platform delivery. Help deliver an AI-enabled service delivery motions from 0 to 1, focused on revenue management for healthcare organizations. One week that might mean architecting a phone agent; another, labeling data for an ML model.
- High-touch customer service. Deliver responsive, end-to-end client management. This ranges from one-off problem solving to designing the scalable systems that drive response times toward zero.
- Strategic initiatives. Own and drive the motions that will define the future of the business: new capabilities, GTM motions, and company-building efforts.
We work hard and have fun doing it; this role will be in-person, 5+ days a week. If you are seeking for a role that you can turn off notifications at 5pm, this won’t be the best fit!
Who you are
Here are profiles we’re interested in:
- Someone excited about making a career-defining leap
- Detail-oriented and communicates well: internally, with customers, and with vendors
- Familiar with managing people and holding team-members accountable to metrics
- 1-3 years of experience, ideally with roles in top-tier strategy consulting and/or high-growth operating environments (Digital Health / RCM is a strong plus)
- Resourceful: use whatever means available to solve problems
- Analytically rigorous and technically adept: fluent with data, AI tools, and engineers, even if you don't write code
