Operations Specialist/Associate (On-site Rochester or Buffalo)

We are searching for an Operations Specialist/Associate located in Rochester or Buffalo New York that has a real passion for technology and health care who can deliver on bold product implementation targets. As we continue to break into bigger deals, and formalize our support for the larger enterprise segment, this division within AMPAworks will blaze the path for the organization's growth.

The Role:

This is an entry-level/junior role in our operations organization, great for someone with less than 5 years of work experience.

You will perform maintenence tasks as needed on devices. Quickly test, provision, and implement devices at our clients' locations.

You will mostly be on-site at our downtown location or client locations.

Interact with other teams across AMPAworks to ensure product quality and cohesiveness.
