We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with experience building scalable, high-performance web applications. Proficiency in Redux Toolkit, Framer Motion, and modern frontend development practices is highly desired. A strong understanding of performance optimization, responsive design, and clean architecture is essential for this role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, responsive web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Build reusable, accessible, and pixel-perfect UI components from Figma designs.
• Manage client-side state using Redux Toolkit and integrate REST APIs.
• Implement animations and micro-interactions using Framer Motion.
• Optimize application performance through lazy loading, code splitting, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and best practices.

Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Good experience building applications with React and modern React Hooks.
• Experience with Redux Toolkit, including RTK Query and async state management.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox/Grid, and responsive design.
• Experience with Framer Motion or similar animation libraries.
• Familiarity with modern build tools such as Vite and version control using Git.
• Good understanding of browser performance, Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, and code splitting.
• Strong knowledge of component composition, reusable architecture, and frontend best practices.
• Experience working in Agile teams with code reviews and collaborative development workflows.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Astro or other islands architecture/partial hydration frameworks.
• Familiarity with Next.js or other SSR/SSG frameworks.
• Experience with WebSockets, Socket.IO, or Server-Sent Events.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or modern styling systems.
• Exposure to Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Familiarity with Storybook, design systems, or component libraries.
• Experience with CI/CD, S3/CloudFront deployments, or CDN caching.
• Knowledge of SEO, web accessibility (WCAG), analytics instrumentation (GA4), and AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude).
