ABOUT GLAMYOUUP

GlamYouUp is an AI-powered Shopify plugin for fashion brands. Our engine reads each shopper's colour season and body morphology and recommends what will actually fit and suit them — before checkout. The result: fewer returns, higher conversion.

This isn't a pitch-deck idea. It's real:

20+ paying merchants onboarded in the first 48 hours after launch
Reference client results: -40% returns, +22% conversion
Patent pending, dual-entity structure (US + EU)

The product works. The bottleneck is distribution. That's where you come in.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own new-merchant acquisition: from first touch to first paying subscription
Build and run outreach to Shopify fashion brands (we already have a segmented pipeline of 250+ target brands, tiered messaging, and a working outreach playbook — you'll inherit a running engine, not a blank page)
Book and run demos (or hand warm leads to the founder for closing — your call, based on what converts)
Explore partnership channels: Shopify agencies, app-bundle partners, DTC communities
Feed back what you hear from merchants so we sharpen positioning

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You've done BD, partnerships, or sales in the Shopify / e-commerce SaaS / DTC ecosystem — you know how merchants think and buy
You can open doors and close deals without hand-holding
You're entrepreneurial: comfortable with equity upside over guaranteed cash, and motivated by building something
Bonus: an existing network of Shopify merchants, agencies, or fashion DTC founders
We don't care where you are or what hours you keep. We care that merchants start paying.

WHAT WE'RE NOT LOOKING FOR

Fashion industry expertise (nice, not needed — the product speaks for itself)
Someone who needs a fixed salary and a 9-to-5 structure to perform

COMPENSATION (THE HONEST VERSION)

Recurring commission: 10-15% on all revenue from every merchant you bring — for as long as they keep paying. GlamYouUp is a monthly subscription with no free trial, so a merchant who signs is a paying merchant from day one. Every brand you close becomes recurring income for you, month after month, indefinitely.
Equity: a meaningful equity stake, vesting over time, for the right long-term partner.
No base salary. This is a partner role for someone who backs themselves and wants upside, not a salaried BD seat.

The 10-15% is uncapped and perpetual — bring 50 merchants and you earn on all 50, every month they stay. We start at 10% and go to 15% for candidates with a ready network or proven Shopify BD track record. Equity aligns us for the long game on top.
