Eligibility: This role is open only to current or former athletes who competed at the collegiate varsity level (D1, D2, D3, NAIA, U Sports, CCAA), professionally, or at the Olympic level. If you competed at that level, you already have most of what this job asks for.

The role You own the relationships that bring athletes and opportunities onto the platform: schools, conferences, leagues, athlete associations, and brands. You find the right partners, close the agreement, and make sure it actually delivers after the handshake.

What you'll do

Build and own a pipeline of partner organizations
Run the full cycle: outreach, pitch, negotiation, close, and launch
Manage live partnerships so both sides get real value
Work with marketing on partner launch content and activation
Own partnership targets and report on what's landing

Who you are

A current or former athlete (see eligibility above)
Two or more years in partnerships, BD, sales, or a related role
You can carry a conversation with an AD and a brand exec in the same day
Organized enough to run many relationships without dropping one
Comfortable owning a number and a book of accounts
