My Tender - Senior Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Engineer who can work across the full stack - backend, frontend, and AI - with a product mindset and a strong design sense. You'll own features end-to-end, from talking to customers through to shipping beautiful, functional features.

The intelligence layer and operating system that sits across enterprise bid teams to drive their best bid performance, helping them to win millions in public and private contracts.

The role
Mainly building and improving our v3 agent by adding tools and skills, improving the harness, measuring performance and context engineering to create an agent that drives massive advantages for our customers.
You'll work across the entire stack - crafting polished React/TypeScript frontends, building robust Python backend services, and shipping AI features that are core to the product.
You'll own features from idea to production. You'll make architecture decisions that shape how the platform scales. You'll work directly with founders, talk to customers, and see the impact of your work within days, not quarters.
You'll be building context-aware AI systems, RAG pipelines, streaming interfaces, and the kind of product experiences that make enterprise software

You
→ 4–8 years with React/TypeScript and Python
→ You've shipped AI products, ideally at a startup
→ Opinionated about design (have taste)
→ Mega AI Pilled
→ You've built something from scratch and can talk about what you learned
