Role Details

• Contract Period: 3 months
• Work type: Remote

Your Role

• Act as the primary operations support for the creative and marketing team, assisting with day-to-day operational tasks whenever required
• Serve as the bridge between internal teams and external production houses, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution
• Coordinate with external scriptwriters and internal stakeholders to ensure scripts move seamlessly through the production pipeline
• Track deliverables, follow up with stakeholders, and proactively escalate any blockers or delays.
• Ensure end-to-end operational coordination so that creative production, approvals, and execution happen without bottlenecks
• Support ad production and campaign operations by handling operational tasks as required and ensuring all processes run efficiently
• Maintain clear communication across teams and ensure ownership until issues are resolved

Requirements

• 0 - 1 years of experience in managing content creators and agency partners
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes
