About Nurabe

Nurabe is building products at the intersection of neuroscience, wellness, and consumer experiences. We're looking for a highly creative video-first content creator who understands how to capture attention and create content that people actually watch and share.

What You'll Do

• Create high-quality short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok-style content).
• Edit engaging long-form videos for YouTube and other platforms.
• Develop scroll-stopping hooks within the first 3–5 seconds.
• Convert ideas into compelling visual stories.
• Create motion graphics, captions, transitions, and animations that improve retention.
• Use AI-powered video creation and editing tools to speed up production.
• Collaborate with the founders to experiment with new content formats and viral ideas.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience creating viral or high-performing short-form content.
• Strong portfolio showcasing Reels, Shorts, and long-form video edits.
• Excellent understanding of:
  • Hooks and attention engineering
  • Viewer retention
  • Storytelling
  • Pacing and editing rhythm
• Proficiency with tools such as:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • After Effects
  • CapCut
  • DaVinci Resolve
  • Canva
  • Photoshop/Illustrator (preferred)
  • AI video tools like Runway, Kling, Veo, Pika, Midjourney, Flux, ChatGPT, or similar
• Experience with motion graphics and basic animation.
• Strong design sense, typography, and visual aesthetics.
• Self-driven, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Bonus Points

• You've grown a social media page or channel.
• You've created content with 100K+ views.
• Experience in consumer brands, wellness, AI, or tech content.
• Familiarity with analytics and optimizing content based on performance.
