Founding Sales Representative — Blueworks CRM

Blueworks CRM is the fastest-growing CRM app for window cleaning businesses and other door to door home service businesses. Used by 500+ companies across the USA, Canada, and Australia.

We’ve grown beyond $15K MRR and are looking for a driven, industry-savvy sales representative to become one of the first members of our sales team.

You’ll run high-intent demos booked by Blueworks, follow up with prospects, close subscriptions and build your own pipeline. This position starts part-time and offers a clear path toward a full-time sales leadership role as Blueworks continues growing.

Compensation

Guaranteed base

$1,000 per month

Blueworks-booked demos

When Blueworks schedules the demo and you close the customer:

Monthly subscription: 70% commission on the first payment, followed by 40% for the next two payments
Annual subscription: 30% of the annual subscription revenue collected

Full-cycle sales

When you generate the opportunity—or receive an unbooked lead from Blueworks—and personally contact, book and close the customer:

Monthly subscription: 80% commission on the first payment, followed by 40% for the next five payments
Annual subscription: 40% of the annual subscription revenue collected

All commissions are uncapped and based on successfully collected subscription revenue.

Performance rewards
$10,000 in new MRR during one month: $1,000 cash bonus
$15,000 in new MRR during one month: All-expenses-paid Dubai trip
