AI Transformation Associate

Experience: 2–3 Years
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related engineering disciplines from premier institutions such as Indian Institutes of Technology, Birla Institute of Technology and Science, or equivalent leading universities.
Required Qualifications:

2–3 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Analytics, Automation, or Digital Transformation projects.
•
Engineering degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field from a premier institution.
•
Strong understanding of:
o
Machine Learning fundamentals
o
Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
o
Prompt engineering
o
Data analytics and statistical methods
o
AI workflow orchestration and automation
•
Hands-on experience with Python and common AI/ML libraries.
•
Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms, and data pipelines.
•
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
About the Role
SIS Group is seeking a highly motivated AI Transformation Associate to support enterprise-wide AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with business leaders, technology teams, and operational stakeholders to identify, design, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance productivity, decision-making, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
AI Transformation & Innovation
•
Identify opportunities across business functions where AI can create measurable business impact.
•
Partner with stakeholders to understand processes and translate business requirements into AI use cases.
•
Support the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions, automation initiatives, and intelligent workflows.
•
Conduct process assessments and recommend AI-driven improvements.
Solution Development
•
Build, test, and optimize machine learning and generative AI applications.
•
Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and pilot projects for internal stakeholders.
•
Work with structured and unstructured datasets to generate actionable insights.
•
Integrate AI models and tools into existing business systems and workflows.
Generative AI & Automation
•
Design and implement solutions leveraging LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and workflow automation platforms.
•
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable applications for SIS Group.
•
Support creation of AI governance, usage guidelines, and best practices.
Analytics & Business Impact
•
Develop dashboards and performance metrics to measure AI adoption and business outcomes.
•
Analyze project results and present recommendations to management.
•
Assist in preparing business cases and ROI assessments for AI initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, HR, Finance, Sales, and Technology.
•
Conduct user training sessions and support change management initiatives.
•
Act as an AI evangelist, promoting awareness and adoption across the organization.
Preferred Skills
•
Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
•
Familiarity with AI agent frameworks and workflow automation tools.
•
Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment practices.
•
Exposure to enterprise transformation or consulting projects.

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
