What is expected from you-

• Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and daily schedules for the founders and leadership team.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and track action items to completion.
• Act as a central point of coordination across teams to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth execution of priorities.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, documents, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support hiring coordination, customer meetings, investor interactions, and company events whenever required.
• Own administrative and operational tasks such as vendor coordination, office management, expense tracking, documentation, and procurement.
• Improve internal processes by creating systems that help leadership save time and operate more efficiently.
• Take ownership of special projects and execute them independently with minimal supervision.

What we’re looking for-

• 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Founder's Office Associate, Chief of Staff Associate, or similar operations role.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a bias for action.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Notion, calendar management tools, and video conferencing platforms.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
• Experience supporting founders or senior executives in a startup is highly preferred.

Good to have-

• Experience working in a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI startup.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, Linear, Asana, ClickUp, or Jira.
• Exposure to finance, HR, legal coordination, or vendor management.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
