Performance Marketing Consultant : Meta Ads & Mobile Growth

We are looking for a hands-on performance marketing consultant/operator who deeply understands:

• Meta Ads
• mobile app growth
• activation funnels
• onboarding optimization
• retention-driven acquisition
• India consumer and SMB audience behavior

This is NOT a generic media buying role.

We want someone who thinks like:

• a growth lead
• a product growth operator
• an acquisition + retention specialist
• a founder obsessed with CAC, retention, and LTV

You will help us:

• improve activation and onboarding
• optimize acquisition funnels
• improve retention quality
• reduce CAC
• improve monetization conversion
• build scalable growth systems

Responsibilities

Meta Ads Strategy:

• Build and optimize Meta app install + conversion campaigns
• Improve campaign structure and scaling strategy
• Optimize toward meaningful activation events, not vanity installs
• Understand Meta learning phase and event optimization deeply

Funnel Optimization:

• Analyze onboarding drop-offs
• Improve activation flows
• Improve conversion journeys
• Work closely with product/design teams to improve growth metrics

Creative Strategy:

• Develop high-performing ad angles and hooks
• Test static, video, UGC, and regional language creatives
• Continuously iterate creatives to reduce fatigue

Analytics & Attribution:

• Define and track activation events
• Analyze CAC, retention, cohort quality, and LTV
• Build dashboards and reporting systems
• Understand app attribution and event quality

Experimentation:

• Run structured growth experiments weekly
• Test onboarding variations
• Test monetization flows
• Test optimization events and audience strategies

• Understands retention-driven acquisition
• Has experience with India consumer or SMB audiences
• Understands mobile onboarding psychology
• Knows how Meta optimization and learning phases work
• Thinks beyond CPI and vanity metrics
• Is analytical and execution-oriented

Bonus if you have experience in:

• fintech
• subscriptions
• SMB tools
• Android growth
• regional India audiences
