About the Role

You'll lead a small full-stack team building ZingerX, an Agentic AI Sales Enablement Platform ("Ask,Chat, and Act" in the flow of work). You'll own delivery across an Nx monorepo spanning an async Django backend and an Angular 19 frontend, while staying hands-on with code, architecture, and AI-driven workflows.

What You'll Do

● Lead, mentor, and review the work of full-stack developers; own sprint planning, code quality, and delivery timelines.

● Architect and build features end-to-end across the Django (Python 3.12) + django-ninja-extra
async backend and Angular 19 frontend.

● Drive the design of agentic AI / LLM workflows (pydantic-ai, OpenAI) including orchestration,
tool-calling, and pipeline execution.

● Own data modeling and performance on PostgreSQL (async ORM), caching/queues with Redis,and real-time features via Django Channels (WebSockets).

● Establish and enforce engineering standards: async-first patterns, Pydantic schemas, testing
(pytest/vitest), linting (ruff/ESLint), and CI in the Nx workspace.

● Collaborate with product to translate sales-enablement requirements into scalable technical
solutions.

● Manage deployments and integrations across Docker and multi-cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS)
storage/auth (including SAML/OAuth2).

Must-Have Skills

● Strong Python + Django (async preferred) and TypeScript + Angular (modern Angular 19 a
plus).

● Solid grasp of REST API design, relational DB modeling (PostgreSQL), and Redis.

● Experience building or integrating LLM / AI-powered features.

● Proven ability to lead/mentor developers, review PRs, and drive delivery.

● Comfortable in a monorepo setup (Nx or similar) and Git-based workflows.

Nice-to-Have

● WebSockets / Django Channels, Celery/TaskIQ-style async task queues.
● Nx, pnpm, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
● Cloud storage SDKs (Azure Blob, GCS, S3), SAML/SSO auth.
● TailwindCSS, Angular Material, RxJS, data-viz (ngx-charts/ApexCharts).
