About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Ops Support specialist to run the logistics behind Agentic Universe's webinars and podcast programs. You'll ensure every session — from planning to post-production — runs smoothly and drives engagement with our target audience of enterprise decision-makers.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate end-to-end logistics for webinars and podcast recordings (scheduling, guest coordination, platform setup)
Manage registration pages, reminder emails, and attendee communication
Operate recording/streaming tools during live sessions (audio/video checks, screen-share, troubleshooting)
Coordinate with speakers/guests on briefings, run-of-show, and follow-ups
Handle post-production coordination — editing handoffs, clipping highlights, publishing episodes
Track and report attendance, engagement, and follow-up metrics
Support promotional activities for each episode/session in coordination with the content team
Requirements
0+ years of experience in event operations, webinar management, or podcast production support
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with webinar/streaming tools (Zoom, StreamYard, Riverside, or similar)
Basic understanding of audio/video editing workflows
Excellent written communication for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience supporting B2B/enterprise marketing content programs
Basic editing skills (Premiere Pro, Descript, or similar)
