Demo Engineer

Location: Bangalore, India (On-site)
Function: Solutions Engineering / Pre-Sales

About the Role

As a Demo Engineer, you'll build and deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations of Agentic Universe's AI agents for prospective enterprise clients. You'll work closely with sales and product teams to translate client use cases into live, working demo environments that showcase real business value.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain customized demo environments for insurance, BFSI, and consumer services use cases
Partner with sales teams to understand prospect requirements and tailor demo narratives accordingly
Deliver live product demos and technical walkthroughs to prospective clients
Configure AI agents, workflows, and integrations for proof-of-concept (POC) engagements
Maintain a reusable library of demo scripts, scenarios, and environments
Gather and relay client feedback to product teams to improve the platform
Support technical Q&A during sales cycles

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical demo roles
Working knowledge of APIs, no-code/low-code platforms, or conversational AI tools
Strong presentation and storytelling skills — able to translate technical capability into business value
Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments
Basic scripting/coding ability (Python/JavaScript) is a plus for building custom demo flows

Nice to Have

Experience with insurance or BFSI domain workflows
Familiarity with LLM/agentic AI platforms and prompt engineering
