Web3 Product Manager [Technical]

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager who can own and drive complex product areas with a strong technical lens in Web3 space.

You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to build scalable, reliable, and user-centric products in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end product strategy and execution deployed on the blockchain
• Drive prioritization and technical trade-offs across multiple initiatives
• Act as the primary product point of contact for engineering and leadership
• Drive data-driven decision-making using product analytics, user insights, and experimentation
• Coordinate cross-functionally to align stakeholders and unblock execution
• Manage releases end-to-end: scope, timelines, documentation, and internal communication

Must Have:

• 1+ years of experience in Product Management with strong technical ownership, ideally in B2B, SaaS, fintech, crypto or another regulatory tech environment.
• 2+ years experience in software engineering or a deeply technical role before or alongside product
• Experience with developing web3 products, familiarity with diverse web3 landscape.
• Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, data flows, and basic system design
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders; comfortable leading discussions and trade-offs
• Experience owning 0→1 product experience
• Willingness to work 6 days/week from the Gurugram office
