The Vibe:

Most "creator tools" are built by people who clearly haven’t spent a single minute trying to batch-edit a video at 2 AM or fighting with a TikTok crop. Infleuince is different. We’re building the content OS that actually solves the chaos of production and distribution.

We’re at the early, "everything is still being built" stage, with 25 creators using the platform and a vision that’s way bigger than just another editing app. I’m a solo founder looking for a Founding Engineer / Co-Builder to join me in the trenches. 🧥✔️

I’m not looking for someone who needs a Jira board to tell them what to do. I’m looking for someone who sees a broken workflow and wants to fix it just because it feels good to make something that works.

Who you are:
You don’t have to be an "influencer" to apply, but you do have to be someone who actually gets the space.

Your path doesn't have to be a straight line: The 3-year floor here is just a proxy for "you've shipped real things" — not a hard credential check. Some of the best builders get there sideways, through curiosity🧐, self-teaching, and a few unconventional turns. If that's you, you're exactly who I'm looking for.

• You’re a builder:*You don’t need a manual. You see a problem, you prototype a solution, and you iterate.

• You get the culture: Whether you’re a creator yourself, you live on the TL, or you’re just someone who spends your time dissecting why certain content works and why tools suck—you understand the assignment.

• You’re ready for the startup grind: You prefer the chaos of a 2-person team over a 50-person department. You want to own the product, not just a task.

We’re built on React, Node.js, and MongoDB . If you love pushing code that actually solves a real-world frustration, we’re going to get along great.
