Partnership Operations Manager (Junior)

We're an international FinTech company looking for an ambitious Partnership Operations Manager (Junior) who wants to build a successful career in B2B partnerships and grow into a Key Account Manager.

What You'll Do

• Support our B2B partners via chat, helping resolve operational questions and ensuring a smooth partnership experience.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business partners.
• Clearly explain FinTech processes in a professional, friendly, and patient manner.
• Analyze operational data, partner feedback, and key performance metrics to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners receive timely support and the best possible experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and proactively suggest solutions.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has English proficiency at B1 level or higher, with strong written communication skills.
• Stays calm under pressure and communicates professionally, even in challenging situations.
• Is proactive, takes ownership, and enjoys solving problems rather than waiting for instructions.
• Has previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Operations, or a similar role (this is a plus, but not required).
• Is eager to develop a long-term career in Partnership Management and Key Account Management.

Working Hours
We believe in being transparent about expectations.

Our standard working hours are 09:00–18:00 (Kyiv time). Since we work with international partners, occasional messages may arrive in the evenings or on weekends.
This is not a 24/7 support role. You'll often have quieter periods during the day, but it's important to remain available for urgent partner requests when necessary.
