The Opportunity

As a Senior Commercial Finance Broker, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business owners by identifying capital needs, structuring financing solutions, and guiding transactions from consultation through funding.

This is a relationship-driven role where credibility, financial acumen, and consultative selling are valued far more than high-pressure sales tactics.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with business owners, referral partners, CPAs, attorneys, and financial professionals.
Structure financing solutions using a broad portfolio of commercial lending products.
Manage transactions from discovery through funding while providing exceptional client service.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities from inbound leads.
Negotiate funding structures that align with client objectives.
Stay informed on market trends and lending products to provide strategic recommendations.
Represent Straight Line Source with professionalism and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in commercial lending, business finance, private credit, alternative lending, banking, fintech, or merchant cash advance.
Demonstrated history of consistently achieving high production goals.
Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop business through referrals and relationship management.
Financial statement literacy and experience evaluating business financing needs.
Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
