Business Development Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated, articulate, and goal-oriented Business Development Associate (Fresher) to join our growth team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and partners, helping expand our reach for our various products and programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, partners, or organizations that align with Weskill’s products and programs.
2. Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective leads through cold calling, emailing, and professional networking platforms (like LinkedIn).
3. Product Knowledge: Quickly learn and understand Weskill's product and program offerings to effectively communicate our value proposition.
4. Pitching & Demos: Assist in setting up meetings, presenting pitches, and conducting product demonstrations for potential leads.
5. Relationship Management: Maintain active engagement with prospects, answer inquiries timely, and build long-term relationships.
6. CRM Management: Keep internal tracking systems and database up-to-date with lead details and communication status.

What We Are Looking For: (Requirements)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and a Regional language

Mindset: A strong hustle mentality, resilience to rejection, and a proactive "get-things-done" attitude.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment and manage multiple priorities.

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with basic tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Knowledge of CRMs or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus but not required.
