We are looking for an AI Product Engineer for a "Tactical Miracle" in 20 days (B2B Contract + Success Fee) 🏎️

At Axis Ops | Business Solutions, we are Operational Architects focused on giving superpowers to Portuguese SMEs. Our ecosystem is 100% ADHD-friendly (zero visual noise, absolute focus). And to make it clear from the outset: We are not a startup. 🫣

We have a solid operation and a base infrastructure that has reached the exact phase where it needs to be transformed into a functional MVP. Forget no-code tools or rapid prototyping for amateurs; here we apply advanced AI, agentic orchestration, and engineering expertise acquired over time.

We are not looking for someone to warm a seat or fill out timesheets. We need a born executor.

⚠️ Our schedule was not designed for those who enjoy a peaceful routine. Your mission is divided into two intense phases:

• Phase 1 "The Operational Challenge": You have between 15 to 20 days to put the Core platform into the hands of our Client Zero (in a real production environment).
• Phase 2 "Scale Engineering": Phase 1 being a success, the next step is to structure and scale Axis Studio to accommodate multiple clients. All this, of course, with the service already active and processing data in real time. Basically, we are proposing that you change the car's tyres while it's travelling at 120 km/h on the motorway.

To achieve this goal, we give you two green lanes of execution:

• 🛠️ Option A "Continuity Approach": You understand our current stack (SolidJS, Supabase, Vercel AI SDK, MCP). You take the existing code, assume the "Dual Lens" architecture, untangle the wires with grace, and give continuity to the project.
• 🚀 Option B "Experience and Wisdom": Do you think our current stack hinders your speed? We accept your decision. Bring your own. If you look at the deadlines above as just another Tuesday and want to tear down the old code using your own tools and AI to reach the same result within the required timeframe... the stage is yours.

🤝 The Financial Structure

We are not standardised. Risk and success are shared in a pragmatic way:

• Phase 1 "Fixed Award": Closed B2B contract of €4,000 to €5,000, paid against the delivery of the functional and documented MVP on the 20th day (payment by technical validation milestones).
• Phase 2 "Success Fee / Scalability": Revenue Share model on the recurring turnover generated on the platform. The exact percentages and maximum caps will be discussed directly in a meeting, based on the value you prove in Phase 1. If you win, we win.

⚠️ Our Non-Negotiables (Regardless of the Option)

• Untouchable Engines: You must respect and integrate our financial calculation engines; we will show you the repo and decide together what to do.
• Behavioural Architecture: The design must remain strictly aligned with the Staged Mutations rules with LLM and our ADHD-friendly focus.
• Controlled GenUI: AI orchestrates flows (Agentic Workflows), but does not generate free HTML or "div soup". It populates pre-defined components.

The market pays you not to break the system; we pay you to tear it down and rebuild it in 20 days. You can ignore this and go back to the comfortable purgatory of corporate legacy code. But if you want an asynchronous environment where your aggressiveness in code dictates your immediate profit, the door is open. Do you stay in the staging environment, or do you have the ability to take the keys to production? ⌚
