Growth Intern - Flean

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Visit gyms, fitness centres, and studios to pitch Flean to owners, trainers, and members
• Plan and execute on-ground activations: sampling drives, stalls at fitness events, partnership tie-ups
• Build and maintain relationships with gym owners and trainers who can champion Flean to their communities
• Distribute marketing materials and manage referral/discount code campaigns on the ground
• Collect user feedback face-to-face and bring those insights back to the product and marketing teams
• Track what's working: footfall, sign-ups, and conversions from each activation
• Support local partnerships, flyering, and neighbourhood-level campaigns as we grow

What We're Looking For:

• Final-year completed student (any stream - attitude matters more than degree)
• A natural conversationalist: you enjoy walking up to strangers and starting a chat
• Comfortable with fieldwork and travelling locally most days of the week
• Interest in health, fitness, or nutrition is a big plus - you should genuinely believe in what you're pitching
• Self-driven and organised: you can plan your own day, hit targets, and report honestly
• Fluent in Hindi and English
