Organizations operate across hundreds of systems, dashboards, meetings, and disconnected workflows. Orquesta transforms fragmented operational signals into shared context, helping leadership teams make faster, more informed decisions.

As one of our founding engineers, you'll help shape not only the product, but also the architecture, engineering culture, and long-term technical direction of the company.
About the Founder
Orquesta was founded by Ruchita Nigam, who has spent over 20 years building and scaling enterprise technology organizations.

• Former Engineering Leader at Meta
• Built and scaled large distributed platforms serving millions of users
• Led global engineering organizations across enterprise software, commerce, payments, and AI-enabled platforms

What You'll Do
• Design and build core platform capabilities.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs.
• Build AI-native workflows and enterprise integrations.
• Help define engineering architecture and best practices.
• Work across product, infrastructure, and customer-facing features.
• Influence technical decisions from the earliest stages.

This is not a feature factory role—you'll help build the company.
Ideal Background
• 5–10 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong product engineering mindset.
• Experience building distributed systems.
• Strong backend engineering skills.
• Full-stack experience is a plus.
• Experience working in fast-moving product organizations.
• Curiosity about AI and modern developer tools.
