HR Executive

Why this role matters

We're a fast-growing team, and we're looking for our go-to HR person, someone who will own everything people-related, from finding great talent to keeping our records tight to making sure the team actually enjoys coming to work. You won't be a small cog in a big HR machine; you'll be the HR function, with real ownership from day one.

What you'll do

Own recruitment end-to-end: source, screen, and close candidates across LinkedIn, Naukri, Wellfound, and more.

Build our campus hiring pipeline: visit colleges and placement cells, run drives, and bring in sharp early-career talent.

Keep our people ops airtight: employee documentation, records, contracts, and compliance, all organized and up to date.

Shape our culture: plan Fun Fridays, team get-togethers, celebrations, and everything that makes the office a place people like being.

What we're looking for

2–3+ years of hands-on HR experience (generalist or recruitment-heavy).

Someone who can juggle hiring sprints and day-to-day ops without dropping either.

Strong communication, you'll be the face of the company to candidates and colleges.

Comfortable with local travel for campus drives.

Bias for ownership: you see a gap, you fix it

The details

Compensation: ₹30,000–₹40,000 in hand per month, based on experience

Incentives: Performance-based incentives over and above your fixed salary. The better you perform, the more you earn

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, with alternate Saturdays off

Location: On-site, Jaipur
