We are looking for a strong SAP Incentive Management Consultant with hands-on experience implementing SAP Incentive Management (formerly SAP Commissions / CallidusCloud Commissions).

Incentive Compensation Management (ICM)
Compensation Plan Design
Commission Calculations
SAP CX / SAP Integration
** MUST have: **
End-to-end implementation experience
Strong functional and configuration knowledge
Experience gathering business requirements and designing compensation plans
Hands-on experience with commission calculations, incentive rules, quotas, territories, workflows, and reporting
Experience with integrations, testing, go-live, and hypercare support
*Preferred Experience: *
Multiple full lifecycle implementations
Experience working directly with business stakeholders
Integration experience with SAP ERP / CRM / Payroll systems
SQL and data migration experience preferred
