Project Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a technically skilled Project Analyst capable of driving AI model training initiatives and managing project related workflows. The ideal candidate should combine analytical rigor with project management skills to oversee model development, track progress, and ensure high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support model training and validation.
• Initiate, configure, and monitor AI model training pipelines.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and project teams to define and refine training objectives.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for AI model training workflows.
• Evaluate model performance metrics, create comprehensive reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Maintain data documentation, training logs, and compliance records.
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance data preprocessing and model training efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics project management.
• Understanding of model evaluation techniques and data pipeline orchestration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
