Position Overview

We are seeking seasoned Procurement & Sourcing Professionals across multiple industry
verticals to evaluate holmesops.ai, a cutting-edge, AI-driven operations and procurement
platform.

As a temporary Product Advisory Consultant, you will participate in an intensive 2-hour remote
feedback session. Your core objective will be to stress-test the platform’s functionalities,
evaluate the accuracy of its data generation, and provide candid, expert feedback from the
perspective of an end-user in your specific industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Evaluation: Walk through the workflows of holmesops.ai alongside our product team, assessing its usability and feature relevance to your vertical.
• Data Accuracy Audit: Review the AI-generated outputs, predictive data, and operational metrics to validate their real-world accuracy and reliability.
• Feedback Delivery: Provide constructive, actionable feedback on gaps, feature requests, and how well the product addresses sector-specific procurement pain points.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Current or Recent Role: Head of Procurement, Procurement Director, Strategic Sourcing Manager, or Senior Purchasing Specialist.
• Domain Expertise: Deep familiarity with modern procurement workflows, vendor management, spend analysis, and operational data.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience using or implementing procurement software (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer) or a strong interest in AI-driven B2B SaaS tools.
• Communication: Ability to articulate technical and operational feedback clearly and objectively.

Engagement Details

• Duration: 120 Minutes (Single Session).
• Location: Remote (via Zoom / Microsoft Teams).
• Compensation: Hourly Rate / Honorarium Amount or competitive expert-network consultation fee.
