About the job
Core Responsibilities: -
Product Requirements Gathering for Patient Diagnosis Assist Platform:
- Collaborate with product, domain and engineering teams for requirements
gathering and use case definition.
- Translate complex clinical workflows into actionable features to ensure the
platform meets clinician needs. - - -
Clinical Validation and Testing:
- Participate in end-to-end testing & validation of clinical scenarios, clinical data
and criteria within the PDAP and SensorTech products.
- Ensure content deployability and functionality, providing expert feedback for
continuous improvement.
Content Creation and Clinical Testing for Education Programs:
- Support the development of high-quality, clinically accurate education modules.
- Assist in designing and testing new question types, ensuring their effectiveness
for clinician training and knowledge assessment.
Stakeholder Collaboration: - Act as a bridge between clinical, engineering, and product teams to facilitate the
creation of user-centric tools.
- Engage with the CS team, quality team, and customers to refine clinical requirements and address gaps.
- Support clinical testing efforts to validate the accuracy and reliability of insights generated by the platform and sensors.
- Provide expertise in both HCC risk adjustment and broader coding frameworks to
inform the design and functionality of new products and features.

What you must have in order to do the job: - - - - Bachelor or Master degree in Medicine and allied health fields Extensive knowledge of the HCC risk adjustment model, its guidelines and regulations Extensive experience of working with EHRs (eg. Epic, Athena, ECW etc.) 3+ years working in value based care, HCC focus (chart reviewer, auditor or similar role) Additional Desired Qualifications - - - Experience with chart reviews or compliance audits Prior experiences teaching/training others on correct coding guidelines and/or have the ability to present to large groups of Physicians/Providers. Experience of working with AI technology
