Design Intern - Marketing

Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 0–1 years
Duration: 6-month internship with a full-time opportunity upon successful completion.

We are looking for a Design Intern who is creative, curious, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes ownership of their work, and is able to execute assigned responsibilities independently while collaborating effectively with the team.

You will work across brand, marketing, digital, and sales enablement design initiatives while using AI tools to improve creative workflows, speed, and output quality.

Responsibilities

▪️Design creatives and artefacts for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, sales collateral, presentations, events etc
▪️Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and basic motion graphics.
▪️Maintain visual consistency across all brand assets.
▪️Cross Team collaboration to deliver design requirements.
▪️Use AI-powered tools to improve design workflows and productivity.
▪️Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them to completion within timelines.

What You'll Bring

▪️Strong portfolio of academic, internship, freelance, or personal design work.
▪️Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, and basic video editing tools.
▪️Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar AI-assisted creative tools.
▪️Good understanding of typography, layouts, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
▪️Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
▪️Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
▪️Willingness to learn, iterate, and continuously improve.
