Responsibilities
Provide front-line technical support to clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Assist clients with installation and configuration of software.
Maintain knowledge of new technologies and trends in IT.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
Participate in training and development sessions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
Strong desire to learn and grow in a technical support role.
