About Us

Symbiothus is a micro-studio building AI infrastructure, developer tooling, and fintech products — run by a single technical founder shipping production software across multiple agent runtimes (OpenClaw, ClawCode, Hermes, and more). We're now expanding into AI agent deployment: taking businesses from "we should probably use AI agents" to "agents are quietly running our workflows" — fast, and without the enterprise consulting price tag.

We're not hiring an employee. We're looking for a technical partner who wants to build a book of clients and get paid like it's their own business — because it effectively is.

About You

• You can design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents — not demos — using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenClaw, or similar.
• You're fluent in Python and/or TypeScript and comfortable shipping fast without a lot of process around you.
• You can sit with a non-technical business owner, understand where their workflow actually breaks, and turn that into an agent that fixes it.
• You're self-directed. You don't need someone managing your hours — you need someone pointing you at the next client.
• You're genuinely fine with commission-based pay. You'd rather earn 50% of a real deal than 100% of a number someone else capped for you.
• Bonus: experience with MCP servers, FastAPI, Next.js, or fintech/payment integrations.

Your Work

• Scope and deploy custom AI agents for clients — sales ops, support automation, internal tooling, whatever their actual bottleneck is.
• Own the full pipeline: discovery call → architecture → build → deploy → handoff.
• Use and extend agentic frameworks to build agents that hold up in production, not just in a demo call.
• Package what you build so it's repeatable across the next client, not a one-off.
• Work directly with the founder — no layers, no politics, no "let me check with the team."

Compensation: How the 50% Works

There's no base salary here, and we'd rather be upfront about that than dress it up.

• You earn 50% of the profit on every client engagement you close and deliver.
• There's no ceiling. Your earnings scale directly with what you close and ship — close more, build more, earn more.
• You're paid for outcomes, not hours at a desk. If a deal doesn't close or a project doesn't ship, neither of us gets paid for it.
• This is built for someone who wants ownership over their income, not a guaranteed paycheck. If you need predictable monthly income, this probably isn't the right fit — and that's a completely fair reason to pass.
