We're hiring! Growth & Executive Associate (100% Remote / Part-Time)
At Innobo, we’re looking for a proactive, digital-native doer to work directly with our Managing Partners to drive growth for Savia Capital and Savia Health/BrightStar.
📌 Role Highlights
-Format: 100% Remote (Part-time, ~20 hrs/week, Eastern Time / Miami overlay).
-Comp: US$ 800 – $1,200/month + up to 20% quarterly KPI bonus.
-Scope: A hybrid role combining Digital Marketing & Growth (social media, -
-AI content creation, PR/events) with Executive Assistance (calendar, travel, presentations).
👤 What We Need
- 2–4 years in marketing, growth, social media, or executive assistance in startups.
- Fluent Spanish & professional English (must-have).
- Power user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva), automation, and short-form video.
- High autonomy, strong execution, and a "hands-on" mindset.
