I'm looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to help build my personal brand and support my business across LinkedIn and other digital platforms. This is an opportunity to work closely with a founder in the events and experiential marketing industry. The role will evolve over time, so I'm looking for someone who enjoys learning, taking ownership, and wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Management

• Create and schedule LinkedIn posts.
• Repurpose existing content into LinkedIn-friendly formats.
• Research relevant industry topics and trends.
• Engage with posts, comments, and industry conversations.
• Track profile and post performance.
• Maintain a consistent posting calendar. Content Support
• Assist in content planning across platforms.
• Coordinate with designers and video editors.
• Write captions, headlines, and short-form copy.
• Organize content ideas and maintain a content library. Research
• Research industry trends, competitors, and creators.
• Identify speaking opportunities, podcasts, and collaborations.
• Build outreach lists and maintain databases.
• Support market and client research.
• Marketing & Business Support
• Help prepare presentations and pitch decks.
• Assist with proposal formatting and documentation.
• Maintain project trackers and marketing calendars.
• Coordinate with freelancers and vendors when required. Administrative Support
• Organize files and documents.
• Manage Notion/Google Drive folders.
• Keep track of deadlines and follow-ups.
• Handle miscellaneous business tasks as required. Skills Required
• Excellent written English.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Organized and reliable.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn.
• Basic Canva skills (preferred).
• Basic ChatGPT prompting skills (preferred).
