About the job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Intern to support coordination, communication, and execution across healthcare initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to healthcare operations, doctor engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assist in building and managing partnerships with hospitals, clinics, oncologists, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain and update databases of medical partners, contacts, and outreach records.
- Support communication and coordination with healthcare partners for collaborations and patient support initiatives. 4, Design and manage Google Forms for data collection related to partnerships, outreach, and feedback.
- Compile and analyze data related to medical partnerships, patient engagement, and program effectiveness.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini to draft emails, reports, and streamline operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of healthcare initiatives.
- Assist in onboarding new medical partners and maintaining professional relationships.
- Ensure proper documentation, data confidentiality, and adherence to organizational protocols.
Other requirements include:
- Interest in healthcare, hospital partnerships, or NGO operations.
- Basic understanding of healthcare networks or outreach is a plus (not mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Please Note: This is an unpaid internship opportunity and no stipend is provided. However, interns will gain hands-on experience, practical exposure to real-world projects, mentorship from experienced team members, and the opportunity to develop industry-relevant skills in a collaborative work environment.
