Human Resources Intern

We are looking for dedicated individuals who are students or freshers interested in human resources or recruitment, have basic knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, or MS Office, with good communication and organizational skills and are interested in working with a social impact organization

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process including posting jobs, screening applications, and shortlisting candidates.
2. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates professionally.
3. Maintain HR records, trackers, and documentation.
4. Support onboarding of new interns and volunteers.
5. Help maintain recruitment and performance tracking sheets.
6. Support HR team in team engagement and coordination activities.
7. Make fair and unbiased hiring decisions.
8. Manage multiple job roles/interviews simultaneously.
