ROLE: ASSOCIATE, SECURITIES LITIGATION GROUP
Location: San Francisco / Silicon Valley (other offices considered) | Hybrid

Client handles a wide range of civil and regulatory matters for corporate and individual clients —
securities class actions, derivative suits, merger litigation, DOJ/SEC investigations, internal investigations, and white-collar defense. We seek a Securities Litigation Associate with 4+ years of relevant experience.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of securities litigation experience
• Superior academic credentials; excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Barred in the state of the office applied to (or eligible to waiveinto the next exam)
• Cover letter, resume, and law school transcript required
