Compliance Analyst

You’re the check between the platform and the client. Cosmos generates filings, registers and compliance documents at speed, and you make sure they’re right before they reach a client or an authority. You keep clients compliant, on time and out of trouble.

What you’ll do:

• Review platform-generated filings, registers and compliance documents before they go out.
• Track client obligations and deadlines, from corporate tax and VAT to UBO and annual confirmations, so nothing slips.
• Run know-your-customer and onboarding checks to the standard the licence requires.
• Follow UAE regulatory change and turn it into updates to our process and platform.
• Handle questions from clients, free zone authorities and the FTA.
• Flag risk early and escalate it clearly.
• Help turn recurring manual checks into automated ones. ‍

What you’ll bring

• Two or more years in compliance, corporate services, audit or tax.
• A working grasp of UAE compliance, or strong transferable experience and the drive to learn it fast.
• Precision, method and a calm head near a deadline.
• The ability to read a rule and explain it in plain words.
• Comfort using software as your main way of working. ‍

Bonus points

• Part-qualified or qualified accountant, or a compliance qualification.
• Time inside a UAE free zone, corporate services provider or professional firm.
• Anti-money-laundering or MLRO exposure. ‍
