Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a Learning & Development professional to drive employee capability building, organizational development initiatives, onboarding programs, and training operations. The role will focus on developing and delivering learning interventions for new hires and existing employees while maintaining training documentation, tracking effectiveness, and supporting a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities
Design, coordinate, and deliver behavioral, soft-skills, and professional development training programs.
Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Conduct training needs analysis and identify skill gaps across teams.
Develop learning content, training materials, SOPs, process guides, and documentation.
Facilitate workshops on communication, leadership, teamwork, customer service, and workplace effectiveness.
Partner with business leaders and HR teams to support organizational development initiatives.
Track training effectiveness, maintain learning records, and prepare training reports and dashboards.
Coordinate employee engagement, knowledge-sharing, and capability-building programs.
Ensure training compliance and maintain accurate documentation of learning activities.
Required Skills
3–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Organizational Development, or Employee Development.
Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing onboarding, employee training, and learning programs.
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and learning management tools.
