Founder's office- Marketing And Creative Designer

Location: Remote (Hyderabad preferred — occasional in-office presence required)

About the Role
We're not looking for someone who just designs creatives or edits videos. We're looking for an owner, someone who can run marketing campaigns end-to-end, plan and execute social media and content strategy from scratch, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder on a daily basis. If you think like a marketer, design like a creative, and move fast, this is for you.

What You'll Own

• Plan, build, and run marketing campaigns from concept to execution, independently
• Drive social media content strategy and calendar across platforms (marketing, brand, product)
• Create and edit video content and creative assets that move the needle
• Generate high-quality content at speed using AI tools
• Work directly with the founder daily, initiating ideas, not just executing them
• Take campaigns from zero to launch without hand-holding

What we're looking for

• Proven ability to own and run marketing campaigns, not just produce assets
• Strong creative design skills (graphics, brand collateral)
• Solid video editing capability
• Hands-on with AI content-generation tools and a fast-paced output mindset
• Self-starter who initiates, plans, and drives work forward
• Comfortable collaborating closely with leadership on a daily basis
• Strong sense of ownership across the full marketing function

Logistics

• Primarily remote
• Must be available to visit our Hyderabad office when needed — Hyderabad-based candidates strongly preferred
