Procurement & Supply Chain Manager

Adsys Medtech is a Jaipur-based medical device startup building the Adsys One - an AI-powered portable point-of-care CBC hematology analyzer. We are CDSCO-regulated (MDR 2017) and ISO 13485-aligned. This is a founding-team role; we have no procurement function today and need someone to build it from zero.

What you'll own:

• Build procurement policies, SOPs, and an approved vendor list from scratch
• Identify and onboard suppliers for electronics, optics, microfluidics, and consumables (domestic + import)
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts; build should-cost models
• Reduce BOM costs through vendor development and dual sourcing
• Set up and configure Zoho Inventory / Zoho Manufacturing (ERP/MRP), define reorder points and safety stock for a 70+ SKU BOM (or others as well)
• Manage logistics, imports, customs clearance (Incoterms), incoming QC, and kitting
• Maintain supplier qualification records (COA, MOA, supplier audits) per ISO 13485 and MDR 2017 traceability requirements
• Track procurement KPIs: inventory turns, cost savings, lead times

What you bring:

• 2–4 years in procurement or supply chain in hardware manufacturing or a regulated industry
• Hands-on ERP/MRP configuration experience, not just usage
• Proven vendor negotiation and input-cost reduction track record
• Self-directed; builds solutions without waiting to be told
• Medical device, IVD, or ISO 13485 background is a strong plus
