About the role
Orders come into our platform daily. Some are automated, some need manual work from our team. We need someone to own the entire flow from order received to delivery sent, and keep the team moving.

What you will do

• Own end to end order and project delivery across the team
• Assign work to team members, track progress, and unblock them
• Make sure every client deliverable goes out on time and meets our quality bar
• Manage vendor and partner relationships, including pricing, escalations, and turnaround times
• Keep our internal trackers and platform data clean and up to date
• Flag delays or capacity issues early instead of after the deadline

What we are looking for

• 1 or more years managing teams, operations, or client delivery
• Strong follow up habits. You chase things until they are closed
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, task tools, and web dashboards
• Clear written English for client and vendor communication
• Calm under pressure when multiple orders land at once

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, data, or agency operations
• Familiarity with automation tools like n8n or Zapier
